What is the difference between ordering online, or ordering in a store location?
When you buy our products online, they are for self-administration--you will inject yourself. When you order products in one of our store locations, one of our licensed and trained staff will administer your injection for you. If there is a location near you, come visit! You can consult with our staff on recommendations.

Is there a price difference of ordering online versus at a store location?
Prices may vary by location and online. There may be a larger product selection available at a store location. If you visit a store you can consult with our staff on recommendations, and your injection will be administered for you.

Do I need a prescription for a vitamin injection online or in-store?
Yes, you do--but obtaining this is built into our process whether you order online or in-store! Online, after purchasing you will be re-directed to an intake form for our doctor to approve. In-store, you will be provided an intake form for our doctor to approve. They are both very quick and easy processes.

Do I need to book an appointment to get an injection at a store location?
No, you do NOT need an appointment! We encourage walk-ins! We offer appointment booking for your convenience, but sometimes walk-ins are the most convenient solution--whatever works best for you!

I ordered online, how do I inject myself? Do the syringes come included for the injections?
If you ordered online, the vitamin(s) comes in a syringe ready for you to self-administer the injection. Please refer to the instruction paper included with your online order.

What is the recommended frequency I should take a vitamin injection?
We recommend at least once a week once a week  for your body to reach the full potential of benefits from our vitamins. If you’re in one of our store locations, please ask our licensed and trained staff any questions about the injections you’ve selected--we are more than happy to help and advise a plan that’s right for you!

Is it possible for someone to overdose on any of the shots?
Vitamin D-3 should only be taken once a week at the most. Please follow the instruction paper included with your online order. If you are in one of our stores, please ask any questions during your visit.

Are there any injections that shouldn’t be taken together?
No, the different types of vitamin injections that The B-12 Store offers can be taken together.

Can I purchase injections at a store location, to inject at home myself?
Yes, we suggest you call the store location nearest you so we can have your order ready to pick up.

Which product(s) are most effective for weight loss?
All versions of Lipotropics (Basic, Super, and Extreme), L-Carnitine, and Body Comp RX. Vitamin B-12 is also helpful to metabolism.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
We do not currently ship outside the U.S.

What company provides your supplements? Are they certified by any 3rd party group like NSF or Consumer labs? Are they manufactured in America?
We have two providers for our supplements, Legere Pharmaceuticals and Vox Nutrition. All of our supplements are manufactured in an FDA registered outsourcing facility, in the U.S.

I received an injection in store last year, do I need to fill out another intake form?
Your The B-12 Store prescription is valid for one year. If it has been over a year since your last visit, you will need to complete a new intake form. However, it is at no additional cost, obtaining this is once again built into the process.

Is it safe to do the supplements in combination with the injections?
Yes, absolutely! For those wanting to lose weight, we especially recommend taking the supplements in combination with injections.
